Organization & Setup


  • Initial consultation to discuss placement, photos, items needed and measurements

  • Unpack and place items for function and flow

  • Organize closets, pantries, drawers, and surfaces by category and frequency of use

  • Staging and flow alignment (visual balance, comfort, and accessibility)

  • Furniture and layout guidance for intuitive movement through space

  • Labeling or system setup using client-provided bins or containers


Flow Design & Guidance


  • Mini Flow Coherence™ consultation before start (15 minutes)

  • Lighting, color, and sensory guidance for home energy balance

  • Purpose mapping for each zone (rest, work, connect, recharge)

  • Space rhythm planning — daily reset and maintenance tips


Add-Ons (Optional)


  • Full or partial cleaning services (Flow Clean or Deep Clean tiers)

  • Window washing (interior only)

  • Patio or porch sweep

  • Pet-zone detailing


Duration: 6 – 10 hours (average home) • Multi-day for large moves

All Habitus services follow our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Satisfaction Policy. Each service includes only the tasks described in its outline. Optional add-ons and upgrades must be requested before your appointment.


Habitus LLC is fully insured. While every service is performed with care and professionalism, Habitus is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or normal wear and tear discovered during service. Clients are asked to ensure safe property access and secure pets or valuables prior to their appointment. Per Texas state law, residential cleaning services are subject to sales tax. Organizing and consulting services are non-taxable.
