• Light dusting of furniture, décor, and wall hangings

• Quick dust on doors, baseboards, and trim (no heavy moving)

• Wipe counters, tables, and fixtures

Kitchens & Appliances

• Exterior wipe of refrigerator, oven, and microwave

• Sink and faucet cleaned and polished

Bathrooms

• Sinks, mirrors, toilets, and tubs/showers cleaned

• Fixtures wiped and shined

Floors & General Order

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop accessible areas

• Light tidying — fold blankets, straighten pillows, return items to place

• Trash and recycling removed

Closets

• Clean floor if accessible

• Light dust on open shelving

While every service is performed with care and professionalism, Habitus is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or normal wear and tear discovered during service. Clients are asked to ensure safe property access and secure pets or valuables prior to their appointment. Per Texas state law, residential cleaning services are subject to sales tax. Organizing and consulting services are non-taxable.
