Service Description
Comprehensive move-in service that ensures a harmonious transition into your home, stress-free. Typically 8hrs or more depending on the homes size and amount of belongings.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling Appointments are confirmed once a date, time, and estimated duration are agreed upon. Please allow flexibility for multi-day or full-day projects such as Move-In Harmony or The Habitus Reset. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be rescheduled at no charge or refunded minus a 20% scheduling fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount if we’re unable to fill the slot. If an emergency or unavoidable situation arises (e.g., illness, road closure, or severe weather), please contact us — we’ll always work with you to reschedule without penalty. Payment Invoice payment is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Accepted forms include cash, card, or digital transfer. Supplies & Equipment All eco-friendly cleaning products and materials are included. Clients may provide their own vacuum or mop, or request Habitus to supply equipment for a $10 fee per visit. Travel Service area includes Austin, TX and surrounding areas within 20 miles. Additional travel beyond this radius is billed at $0.75 per mile (round trip). Pets & Home Access Homes with pets are always welcome. Please secure animals as needed during arrival and departure for safety. Time Estimates Quoted hours are estimates; final totals may vary based on project scope, cleanliness, or layout. Insurance & Safety Habitus is insured and operates with professional care and discretion. Any damages or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
